SouthPark fencing is an interesting blend — original mid-century brick walls capped or paired with wrought iron, plus a wave of new luxury construction bringing horizontal cedar and composite privacy fencing. Each substrate gets its own approach. We pre-rinse the brick, the iron, and the surrounding ornamentals together so no detergent lands dry on stressed plants.

Iron sections receive a rust-conversion pass at any pitted or flaking area, neutralized and followed by an inhibitor where the coating has failed. Brick is washed at low pressure to protect the mortar joints, particularly on older walls where the mortar is softer than modern type-S. Cedar and composite are kept under 1,500 PSI and 1,200 PSI respectively, always with the grain or board direction, so we lift the algae and pollen film without raising the wood or marring the composite cap. A full post-rinse closes the job and protects the manicured beds typical of SouthPark properties.
